Be where your feet are

2025 has had it's challenges, but none that I haven't overcome. I am sat here at my desk, reflecting on this past month's adventures in Thailand and I can't help but think about this reoccurring theme of "be where your feet are".

Be where your feet are

Life moves fast. Faster than we think. Days blur into weeks, weeks into years, and before we know it, moments we meant to savor are already memories.

It's a reminder to slow down and fully inhabit the present; this conversation, this walk, this shared laugh. Not the next notification. Not tomorrow’s to-do list. Just now.

Time is the one thing we can never get more of. We’re only here for a short while, and the people we love, the experiences that light us up, and the quiet in-between moments are what make it meaningful. So be present with them. Put the phone down. Look around. Say the thing. Take the ride. Do the work you care about. Spend time with the people who matter.

The moments are fleeting, but that’s exactly why they matter so much.

That's it. That's the thought.

How to get it touch?
